La Roux's Elly Jackson has revealed that the band plan to record a "less commercial" second album.

Following the success of their self-titled debut, she told BBC 6Music: "I think it’s probably going to go a lot less mainstream, but it’s a bit of a gamble.

“I’m certainly not going to try and make a mainstream record and I’m not going to try and make a non-mainstream record. We’re going to make the record that me and Ben want to make, but I have a feeling its going to be less mainstream.”
