The Quietus is proud, pleased and letting forth a brass voluntary as we announce that next year legendary Netherlands punk group The Ex are to take to the road in collaboration with a superb brass section, and ably supported by one of our favourite new groups, deranged Bristolians Zun Zun Egui.
The Ex, who marked their 30th anniversary this year, are performing as The Ex & Brass Unbound, featuring Mats Gustafsson, Roy Paci, Ken Vandermark and Wolter Wierbos. Expect sparks to fly, say the good people of Qu Junktions, who are promoting the tour. Sparks we look forward to, say the Quietus, who will be running features in the run-up to the event.
