Quietus Diesel U:Music Radio On Air 10AM
Luke Turner , September 24th, 2009 03:45

First programme today

The Quietus gramophone technicians are shortly heading to the studios of Diesel U:Music Radio for our first programme, which you can listen to online via the widget below. Can someone connect up a tape player and record it for us?

We'll be joined on air by Portishead's Geoff Barrow discussing this weekend's Invada Invasion Music Festival and his new musical project BEAK>, and Billy Childish will be calling in to discuss the issues of the day that are getting his fine moustache a-quiver.

With the chat will be music new and old from the likes of Memory Tapes, Fuck Buttons, Mapei, Cold Cave, Factory Floor, Gary Numan, Moz, World Domination Enterprises, something brand new and borrowed from Hyperdub and more that probably ought to be a surprise.

Listen below, 10 am to 12.
