Maiden, Bowie, Nirvana For Guitar Hero 5

Line-up for new game revealed

The acts who’ll be supplying the shredding and widdling for the next installment of the ‘why play a real guitar and make summat new when you can play along with someone else’ computer game has been revealed.

NME.com reports that David Bowie, Iron Maiden and David Bowie will join the likes of Sonic Youth and The Arctic Monkeys on Guitar Hero 5, which no doubt will come out just in time for Christmas.

Darker My Love are also on there, which is probably the closest The Fall will get to making an appearance (they were the MES backing troupe). Wot no Sunn O)))?
