Staten Island's finest sons first impinged on the global consciousness with this statement of intent as regards laissez faire free trade economics. Even though it wasn't really representative of the nightmarish urban gothic of their debut album (or any of the follow ups), it heralded the arrival of the most important hip hop crew of the 90s.
