British Sea Power lead first names for the multi-venue festival set to take place in Totnes town during 2016 August Bank Holiday weekend

Sea Change is a new festival launching next year in Totnes town over the August Bank Holiday weekend and the first set of names has now been announced.

Leading the first announcement is British Sea Power, while appearances from Rival Consoles, the roster of Heavenly Recordings, Luke Abbott and Matthew & Me are also confirmed. The festival, presented by the Drift Record Shop also promises films and talks, plus more music to be announced in the coming months.
