A number of new names have been confirmed for Simple Things in Bristol this October with BBK and grime overlords Skepta & JME, as well as the ace Holly Herndon leading the latest wave of acts.

Also added today on the live side of the bill are Savages, HEALTH, Vessel, The Soft Moon, Vessels, Khruangbin and Oliver Wilde. Meanwhile, DJ sets have been confirmed from White Material-affiliate Galcher Lustwerk, Moxie, Futureboogie, Gramrcy and Pardon My French.

These acts join the all-dayer’s already superb line-up which features live performances from the likes of Battles, Factory Floor, Wire, Grumbling Fur, Dean Blunt, Liturgy, Lone and Romare, as well as DJ sets from Objekt, Helena Hauff, Barnt and The Streets’ Mike Skinner.

Godspeed You! Black Emperor will be playing the festival’s opening concert on October 23 at Bristol’s Colston Hall at 8PM with the next day's action taking place at multiple venues across the city. Simple Things takes place from October 23-24 and you can get tickets and more details here.
