Re: the "mis-press bollock drop" of that GBV record labelling...could it just have been that the record was labelled, like many 2LPs were back in the 70's, so it was ideal for those players that dropped the records down from the spindle on top of one another? Basically when side 2 had dropped & played, you just picked up both together, flipped over & put back on the spindle, & side 3 would drop 1st. Can see GBV using an old skool tactic like that.

Great collection of discs. I sold Fourth Drawer Down a while back, realised my mistake almost immediately and bought it again. Probably listen to it even more than Sulk these days.

Gavin is right on. The 2xLP pressing in that side order is intentional, for record players that are capable of playing multiple records.
