This week, Oklahoma's premier psychedelic children The Flaming Lips release their latest album The Terror, a notably darkened affair, following on from 2009's similarly scorched Embryonic. In advance of the album's release they've been releasing a string of trailers featuring the band's Wayne Coyne and Steven Drozd discussing the ideas behind some of the album's key songs, and we're pleased to offer you the latest - 'Try To Explain'. "The more you become the master of your own destiny the bigger the dilemma is," said Coyne when we interviewed him recently about the new album. "What do I want to do? What am I able to do? If I want to do this, should I do it? That's where The Terror comes in. That's the dilemma of control. There are parts in people's lives where I would envy them not having control."
