The Locust For ATP!

Noisy insects added to I'll Be Your Mirror

Terrifyingly brilliant live band The Locust have been confirmed to play this year's I'll Be Your Mirror ATP, taking place at Alexandra Palace at the start of May. The band have been chosen by Yeah Yeah Yeahs for their bit of the festival on the 4th, and will join The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion!, Black Lips, The Field, Prince Rama, Dirty Beaches, King Khan And The Shrines, Anika, K Holes and former Bad Seed Mick Harvey performing the music of Serge Gainsbourg.

Everyone can take a bit of a breather on the less raucous May 5th, where Grizzly Bear have added Nicolas Jaar and a James Murphy DJ set alongside their own performance and The Walkmen, Van Dyke Parks, Tortoise, Real Estate, I Break Horses and Cass McCombs.

Says ATP's Barry Hogan, "We are super excited that The Locust are reforming especially for IBYM. One of the most powerful bands that have ever played ATP. And we are also psyched that Nicolas Jaar and DJ James Murphy are now added to the Sunday bill too." For tickets and more information, please visit the ATP website.
