Fresh from David Bowie appearing out of nowhere with a promised full-formed new release in the can, now it would seem that Prince has done a similar thing, report Holy Moly. They point us in the direction of a new Prince website, where a new song entitled 'Screwdriver' - complete with wink-wink-nudge-nudge lyrical content, as per - is available for listening. It's accompanied by enigmatic 'Coming Soon' notices, so presumably more information will soon emerge about whether it precedes a new full-length. More news when we have it.
