Metallica are putting out a live DVD next week - Quebec Magnetic (artwork above) is out on December 10.

Shot by director Wayne Isham at two dates the band played in Quebec over Halloween weekend 2009 as part of their mammoth 187-date World Magnetic tour, the tracklisting was voted for by fans and accordingly features the full clutch of classics alongside material from last album Death Magnetic. It also marks the first release of their new independent label Blackened Recordings, having officially split from Warner Bros, their label of 28 years, at the end of last month.
