At London's Lexington

This Saturday The Quietus will be setting up stall in the Lexington venue down Pentonville Road, London Town, for a six hour set of the finest music, new and old.

Last time, people banged on the tables like Bierkeller types deranged on Pilsner. Will they this time create catapults from Lederhosen and fire £7 onion rings into the face of bar manager and White Heat promoter Matthew Halls?

Anyway, between the hours of 10 and 4am the Quietus gramophone technicians will be playing selections from our recently announced Jovian Bow Shock Award along with new music from Wild Beasts, Deastro, Factory Floor, Joakim, Patrick Wolf, Part Chimp, Memory Tapes, Atlas Sound vs. Animal Collective, Buraka som Sistema, Little Dragon, Times New Viking, Sleeping States, Rose Elinor Dougall, Esben & The Witch, The Rayographs, The XX, The Devils Anvil, Gyratory System, 23 Skidoo, Emperor Machine, LCD Soundsystem, Of Montreal, Suede, Sonic Youth, British Sea Power, La Roux, Grace Jones, Kraftwerk, Nick Cave, David Bowie, Wire; more of that and, possibly, some Fall.

Where's the Lexington? Find out here.
