Soft Cell are set to release a new live album and DVD, Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret... And Other Stories: Live.

Out in October, the film and audio recording were captured last November, during one of two shows that the duo played at London's Hammersmith Apollo to mark their 40th anniversary together. In addition to performing their 1981 debut album, Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret, in full for the first time, the duo played hits from across their career, tracks that have never been performed live, and cuts from their latest album, *Happiness Not Included, which was released in May of this year. In addition to Soft Cell's Marc Almond and Dave Ball, the two-and-a-half-hour show features contributions from saxophonist Gary Barnacle and four backing singers, and is split into two acts. The live album will be released in a CD and DVD package this October, while separate vinyl formats will follow in spring 2023.
