The Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia will return for its 2015 edition this September and this morning, they have announced their first headliner for this year's event in the form of space rock veterans Spiritualized. Spiritualized's set will give fans a chance to preview the forthcoming eighth studio album from Jason Pierce and co., ahead of its release later this year. Also among the first wave of announcements is an exclusive collaborative curation between Brooklyn's Sacred Bones Records - home to Moon Duo and Amen Dunes among others - and Santiago's Bym Records, who have given us The Holydrug Couple, Föllakzoid and more. Both labels will curate a bill of artists from each of their rosters on the festival's main stage with full details forthcoming. Also, among the names are Evil Blizzard, Giant Swan, Hey Colossus and Zun Zun Egui.

Liverpool Psych Fest will also see a third venue added to its base this year, with District joining the previous Camp and Furnace and Blade Factory venues that hosted previous editions of the festival.
