Plus, TV Smith will perform at launch for new tome

Rough Trade East will hold a launch party for the release of a new tome on The Sex Pistols this Friday (August 27).

Banned In The UK - Sex Pistols Exiled To Oslo In 1977 is a new book by author Trygve Mathiesen (with Harry Nordskog as co-researcher) which recounts the band's show in Oslo, featuring interviews with the likes of John Lydon as well as 47 unpublished photographs.

Quietus scribe Alex Ogg will provide an introduction to the evening, while TV Smith will perform songs by The Adverts.

Entrance is free, and the night starts from 6pm. For more information, click here, or visit the publisher's website here.
