The Quietus have a free download of 'We Sick', the new song from LA hard rockers The Icarus Line, to give away.

With the band set to release a new album later this year, Joe Cardamone said: "The Icarus Line has never been about repetition, and this intrinsic trait by nature prevents us from truly revisiting our past. It's just against the nature of music. Be it band members, stylistic moves or anything that we have done; if it is behind us then behind us it stays.

"'We Sick' represents a nod to our own past without rehashing one move. The song's genesis dates back to the Black Lives era but couldn't really find it’s legs until the current configuration of the group. An exercise in stubborn structure, this tune in particular represents where The Icarus Line is heading musically for the time being. Having the fortunate position to carve out a genuinely unique identity with Rock n Roll music is a blessing that we are not taking lightly. When masta says he's sick then we say ... 'We Sick'".
