Burt Reynolds - Boogie Nights

Maybe it's the hair and makeup department but stars seem to make that transition from young to old off camera in about a week - almost like they have to disappear and make their transformation in the privacy of a cocoon. Although Burt was brilliant in the hands of a solid director like P.T.A., he has since played small parts, mainly as a shell of man who was shit-hot in the 70s... which is what he is.
