John Travolta - Pulp Fiction
Quentin Tarantino loves taking washed up actors and fleshing out the sometimes ridiculous personalities they inhabited in their prime. Yet, most of the stars resurrected by the Tarantino machine, such as Pam Grier and David Carradine, despite electric performances, are quickly resigned to the cameo and bit part dust bin of film. Travolta in contrast showed his range in Pulp Fiction and came back stronger than ever. (Er, are you talking about Battlefield Earth? Ed)
