Hey Colossus will mark their 15th anniversary with a special show at London's Moth Club and a live LP

2018 marks 15 years since Hey Colossus first got together to rehearse as a fully formed band.

That first rehearsal took place in June of 2003 and this July they will mark the occasion with a special live show at London's Moth Club featuring support from fellow Rocket Recordings signees Anthroprophh.

Since their first live show in September of 2003 at North London's Buffalo Bar, they've released 11 albums, four split 12"s, one solo 12" single, a joint 12", a four way split 10", four split 7"s, a cassingle, a 2xLP compilation and various compilation tracks.

A live LP will also be made available this year as part of the 15-year anniversary celebrations, and it can be bought with a ticket for the Moth Club gig or be picked up at the gig itself. It was recorded at Magasin4 in Brussels, on their 2016 tour of Europe with Part Chimp.

In May, the band will also tour Europe with Sumac, and they have shows in Liverpool (Wrong Fest) and Salford (Sounds From The Other City), amongst others, lined up.

The Moth Club gig takes place on July 6, and you can find more information and get tickets here.
