Two boxsets collecting work from Richard H. Kirk and a past alter ego to be released by Mute

From December 2, Mute will make available the complete albums by Richard H. Kirk of Cabaret Voltaire, released between 1974 and 1989.

Collected Works 1974 - 1989 is a boxset which includes the two-disc Earlier/Later as well as remastered versions of Disposable Half Truths, Time High Fiction, Black Jesus Voice and Ugly Spirit. There will also be unreleased material packaged into a new album, entitled Super Duper Soul. These albums represent his work post-Cabaret Voltaire, pushing the band’s early ventures into electronic music further in other experimental directions.

On the same day, Mute are also releasing material from Kirk’s ‘alter ego’ Sandoz, in the form of a five-CD boxset, Collected Works 1992 - 1994. This persona became the basis for a new string of albums in the 90s, combining African sounds with European electronic music influences. Both boxsets are out on December 2.
