Snooker player subject of DJing documentary following Bloc appearance

Snooker star turned unlikely DJ Steve Davis is the subject of a new BBC documentary

Uploaded to the BBC iPlayer website today, the short film is a fly-on-the-wall look at Davis' unexpected foray into DJing, as he prepares for a set at the recent (and final) Bloc Weekend in Butlins, a venue he's only previously performed at in a snooker-playing capacity.

Well worth a look for Davis' festival set, as well as conversations with Holly Herndon and Surgeon, the film will be available until mid-May. You can watch it on the iPlayer website here. The documentary comes in the wake of the snooker champion announcing his retirement from the sport.
