Three years after the release of their debut album, Teho Teardo and Blixa Bargeld are back and readying the release of Nerissimo.

An unlikely collaboration when the Italian composer and Einstürzende Neubauten frontman first came together those years ago, they are pushing ahead this year with further material. ’Nerissimo’ is the Italian superlative for black though that does not mean that the album “is ‘dark’ as the adjective is commonly applied to music: as the colour black contains all colours, the music contains a multitude of possibilities.” Written and sung in German, English and Italian, the album is bookended by English and Italian version of the title track. The album is set for release by Specula on April 29.
