Evangelia C, aka erstwhile electro-pop artist Lola's Bad, has recently been trailing a new EP, due next year, with a video series, Diaries - take a look at 'Pain', 'Faith' and 'Love' over at her Tumblr - and a new song, 'Catharsis' (play that below). Now, she's given us a further hint of what we can expect from the new record by recording us a special acid Christmas mixtape for you to wrap your ears around this Yuletide.

Recorded in one go on a Korg MX1 in Evangelia's new base of Bushwick in New York, it's a 24-minute blend of arresting synth riffs and gently insistent techno rhythms laced with ethereal vocal loops, which also apparently traverse some of the new EP's tracks. Take a listen above.
