Band talk about the making of Hate To Say I Told You So in new video

As part of their Behind The Sound film series, Bose have talked to The Hives about the making of their 2000 hit 'Hate To Say I Told You So'. The band head back to their home town of Fagersta in Sweden and find that while most of the places that hosted the genesis of the band have now sadly made way for car parks or apartment blocks, producer Pelle Gunderfelt is still very much in place, ready and willing to recall how he initially hated the song and tried to tear it apart. Says lead singer Pelle Almqvist: "It's probably a good thing to have a producer that hates your music a little bit". It also looks at how the band cultivated their trademark uniformed style, "out of respect for the fans of rock & roll", and a brief closing glimpse of the band's future, with musical robot, Johnny Boy & The Pop Machine.
