Bill for Netherlands festival grows

The annual Rewire Festival returns to the Hague on November 7th and 8th for its fourth year with another adventurous line-up of experimental pop and electronic music, and among the latest wave of announcements are Lee Gamble (due to release his new LP, Koch, via PAN this week), Valerio Tricoli (another PAN artist), and Siiani.

Completing the latest set of acts are Noveller, Lee Noble, Drvg Cvltvre, and Will Samson. They join a line-up that already boasts sets from Henrik Schwarz & Nik Bärtsch, James Holden, Colin Stetson, The Field, and many others. Details have emerged too of the various venues around the city centre that will host this year’s concerts. Schwarz & Bärtsch will play in the Grote Kerk, a Protestant church that is one of the Hague’s oldest buildings, while Tatu Rönkkö & Efterklang will present a special show in the “post-industrial setting of the old electrical power plant”.

As a pre-cursor to this year’s event, Rewire will also be running a club night, called [P]rewire, at Amsterdam’s Club Canvas on October 10 with sets from Andy Stott and his collaborative project with Miles Whittaker, Millie & Andrea.
