Perc Trax Announce Ten-Year Releases
Laurie Tuffrey , August 12th, 2014 16:53

Collection of new tracks and a DJ mix from Perc to come out as vinyl EPs and two-disc CD compilation

Wholehearted, ear-bleeding OOOF. To celebrate ten years of operations, Perc Trax, run by techno powerhouse Perc, aka Ali Wells, will be releasing Slowly Exploding, a collection of new music and Perc's first commercially-available DJ mix. With the former, there are tracks from fellow tQ favourite Truss, Forward Strategy Group, Drvg Cvltvre, Happa, Sawf Groves, Martyn Hare, Clouds, Mick Finesse & Pinnion and Kareem. The latter is a 23-track affair, and we don't really need to impress on you how good a Perc DJ set is - imagine having your ear lobes lovingly shorn off - suffice to say his Boiler Room set was one of our top mixes of last year and his FACT mix one of our favourites of this year so far.

Slowly Exploding will be available as either three separate vinyl EPs or a double-disc CD compilation, out on November 10. Not only that, but there's promise of a Perc Trax tour over the winter, culminating in their "biggest ever London event in February". We repeat, OOOF. Further details on that last item as we have them, but until then, watch and listen to that Boiler Room set below:
