David Crosby, the angel-voiced and finely-moustachioed singer-songwriter and founding member of Crosby, Stills & Nash, has announced that he'll be adding to his already impressive back catalogue with his first new solo album in 20 years. Croz follows up 1993's Thousand Roads, and gets released on January 27 via Blue Castle Records, the label he runs with Graham Nash, and ADA. Says Crosby of the album: "At my stage of life, most people peter out - or just get lazy. So now I have this record, that not everybody expects. Musically, this is a voyage." It's set to feature guest spots from Wynton Marsalis, Mark Knopfler and more and has been trailed with a teaser video, which you can watch below:

Hmmmmm. Coverage on Bruce Springsteen and now David Crosby in The Quietus?! These are dark times. Dark times, indeed! When The Eagles appear here that shall be the seventh sign for the Tribulation to begin!
