LISTEN: New Blackest Ever Mixtape
The Quietus , September 20th, 2012 07:49

Listen to a 'hastily assembled' mix by Blackest Ever Black's Kiran Sande, in advance of October 13th's Corsica Studios showdown

As we reported recently, London label Blackest Ever Black's takeover of Corsica Studios on October 13th is primed to be one of the best and most varied nights of music in the capital this year, with guests including Vatican Shadow, Cut Hands, Bruce Gilbert as DJ Beekeeper, Russell Haswell, Source Direct, Powell, Bill Kouligas and Slimzee.

In advance of the night itself - which you can snag tickets for here - label head Kiran Sande has recorded another in Blackest Ever Black's ongoing series of mixes, this one 'a hastily cobbled together' selection of music by artists who'll be appearing at Corsica. It's well worth a listen. In Sande's words: "as incoherent and jarring as we hope the party itself will be." Listen and download below.
