As we've previously reported, former Talking Head David Byrne has teamed up with St. Vincent to record a collaborative album. Entitled Love This Giant, it will be released through 4AD on September 11th. The album was recorded over the past two years in New Jersey, and found both Byrne and St. Vincent's Annie Clark co-writing almost all of it twelve tracks. The results touch on the taut funk of Byrne's alma mater, as well as recalling the carefully constructed pop songs of former collaborators Dirty Projectors.

In advance of the album's release, the label have made its opening two tracks - 'Who' and 'Weekend In The Dust' - available to stream at the album website. Click here to listen.
