Death Waltz to issue soundtrack on blue vinyl

Death Waltz have announced that they are reissuing the official soundtrack to Richard Kelly's 2001 cult hit Donnie Darko on 140g blue vinyl. To be released in collaboration with Everloving records, it has been remastered for this reissue, and contains the entire original score (composed and conducted by Michael Andrews) along with Gary Jules' ubiquitous cover of Tears For Fears' 'Mad World'.

Its tracklist runs as follows:

Very good news. Donnie Darko was one of the films at the recent 75th birthday all-nighter at the Tyneside Cinema. Sitting and watching that at 1am made me realise two things. I'd completely forgotten 90% of the film, aside from Frank & the engine, and that the soundtrack was excellent and would be interesting to hear on its own. Seems this post helps me towards that second one.
