The premiere horror film festival for the UK , Film4 Frightfest is back and they have just unleashed their line up upon the world.

Hoards of horror fans will stream into The Empire Cinema in Leicester Square on August Bank Holiday weekend to get a taste of the next year or two's top films.

It starts on the 26th with a trio of World Premieres including the long awaited Hatchet II by fan favourite Adam Green. Saturday shows no sign of letting up either, as the main screen plays host to the Total Icon Tobe Hooper's long lost Eggshells, which is partnered with a screening of the truly iconic Texas Chainsaw Massacre. None other than Hooper himself will also be in attendance for a Q&A session.

Saturday sees the European premiere of the remake of the harrowing flick I Spit on Your Grave. With big boots to fill, you can bet this will be the talk of the day.

Andy Nyman, the mind behind Dead Set, Severance and more, makes an appearance with his Quiz from Hell and later in the evening UK gets its first taste of the most controversial film of the year, A Serbian Film.

Closing up on Monday with the possession shocker The Last Exorcism, this is one Bank Holiday Weekend where you will definitely be pleading for the sun to come out.
