American Psycho

Patrick Bateman is so psychotic that he’s driven to murder over things as petty as a business card. And he’ll do it in a very expensive, tailored suit. Well, the average person is about as concerned with business cards and who made the tie you’re wearing as they are with weekend box office and who got the best supporting actor nomination. But a mass craziness like the one that exists in Hollywood depends on an insularity that leads incredibly wealthy people to care a lot about completely inconsequential things.
