The man now known to the world as "Miley Cyrus' dad" was once a celebrity in his own right (much like Keith Allen before two of his brood got famous). Best known for his eye-gougingly repetitive country smash-hit "Achy Breaky Heart", Billy Ray also made an excellent but brief cameo in Mulholland Drive as a pool boy lover.
