Yes, this one is a cheat. Not so much a body-switching movie as a great film that happens to contain some form of body-switching. But the confusion of identity has been so much a part of David Lynch's more recent works that, cheat or not, it would have been wrong to leave it off the list. While these other movies wrap up with a bow planted atop their message, Lynch uses the gimmick to frustrate and devastate us and his characters. The Coreys would have been crying to their agents if this script landed anywhere near them.
